Now you need not download Yahoo Messenger to connect with your friends as Yahoo has launched the browser based version of the Yahoo Messenger similar to Meebo.
It has integrated Logging of Chats, and links to other Yahoo services like Yahoo Mail, My Yahoo etc. Yahoo Search is also avialable. You may connect with your MSN friends through this web based version.
The messanger is built on Flash 9. Presently it includes basic functionalities only. Plugins and Add-ons are not available presently.
Users can also add avatars and emoticons. VoIP Function available in Yahoo Messenger will soon be available.
